6th Annual Lady's to Luke's Bike Walk Run
Give Back to the Future
Join us for the 6th Annual Lady’s to Luke’s Bike Walk Run on May 21, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. This year’s theme is "Give Back to the Future". Sign-in will be at 1:30 p.m. at Our Lady’s Immaculate Heart Church (OLIH) with a staggered take-off at 2:00 p.m. The four-mile route will be marked with signs and volunteers. Kids are encouraged to decorate their bikes, wagons and strollers. Plan to stay to celebrate your finish with games for the kids, food, fellowship and community fun! We will celebrate rain or shine! In the event of inclement weather, we will gather for celebration at St. Luke’s gymnasium.
All money raised will go to toward technology for our parish, in the form of a new sound system for our gymnasium, and technology for our school.
We are looking for Sponsors of our event! In exchange for your donation, please check out our sponsorship levels. We will list your business or family name on the back of our t-shirts at all levels. All sponsorships must be received by May 5th to take advantage of all of the benefits!

Any school-age child from OLIH and St. Luke's Religious Education programs or St. Luke's School may participate by asking family, grandparents, aunts, uncles and/or neighbors to sponsor their participation in the Lady’s to Luke’s Bike Walk Run! Pledges can be made in $5 increments in exchange for their commitment to bike, walk or run the 4-mile journey. With a minimum $25 pledge, the child’s name will be printed on the back of the event t-shirt under “Kid Sponsors”, the child will receive a free event registration, t-shirt and their name will be entered in a prize drawing (see below). We have created a form letter that can be used by the child to ask for a pledge! All sponsorships must be received by May 5, 2017 to be included on the t-shirt.

The Grand Prize Drawing is a spot in a St. Luke’s Outdoor Art Adventure. There will be 15 children drawn as winners who will get to attend. The Art Adventure will be May 24, 2017 from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. with Mrs. Peffer, the Art Teacher at St. Luke’s School. The winners will be announced at the starting line on May 21, 2017. You do not need to be present to win.
